MID PRAKTEK


Assalamualaikum WR.WB
Today I make a new blog that has long been in practise and on September 25, 2018, we start mid semester. Since we were already divided into 4 groups and I were in groups of 3, and 3 the first mid. Group 3 consists of Asmil, Fausia, Miftah, Ira, Sally, Wanda, diamond, Edo, and Sham. So, we came today. Today, our exams i.e. make Indonesian Buffet. I, and Fausia get parts to make the soup and Mr. jaya explain little else about the menu that will be made today.
After the explanation of Mr. jaya listen on the menu would be made today, we started to make a menu in accordance with the latter post. Indonesian soups to Buffet is Soto Padang and Soto Banjar. Because we already prepare ingredients yesterday, so today we're just smooth spices using a blender. After sauteing, we finely marinade. After that, we put in the broth. Then, we began to make Potato Paties (Fritters). After we finished making dough Potato Paties, I began in.
After Potato Paties completed, we make a hard-boiled egg, soak rice vermicelli, and made of lombok. After all finished, we began serving it in a soup cup. After that, we started to clean up our work area last November enters any 4 group to prepare. I also helped Nia and Lina to make cucuru bayao. After cucuru bayao already so we began a general cleaning. After general cleaning we also returned home each.
