Hello genk. .... Does not feel today was my last day at
practice this week, I will tell my activities to the present day, where I went
to the campus at 13:00 and for that I like seeing maba SBMPTN. And once I was
in the kitchen I start to prepare the grooming in order to allow in to the
kitchen, after which we started on one line and senior calling our names one by
one and check the grooming, after that we went in the kitchen and store the
bags in the lockers that are already in the set.
I started the one line in the cold kitchen with friends,
before senior start description of the menus will be made today, we first read
prayers in the lead by the Chairman of the class named intan mahendraa.
Finished senior pray start explaining about the menu that made today. Like
yesterday we were divided into 2 groups, so that there is a group that did
research and there is also doing. My group in the post for doing and give the
menu i.e. thai beef salad appetizer.
Before my group worked on the menu that we prepare yesterday, I took a meat beef already on the mariner, in add black pepper and coriander puree that's been on my vacuum then the beef meat once it is finished in a vacuum I input into the sufit machine, in machine process sufit takes quite a long time so the danging feels tender and tasty when on the bite. finished it we wait for Maghrib shared Iftar mtb genk.
