Daily Report


Assalamualaikum WR.WB

Yesterday I shared a group 3 is not the practice in the kitchen because I practice in Gammara Hotel for 5 days. Today I came to gammara hours 7:45. Then we fill out a timesheet and then we met up with Chef Sofian for the Division of his section. I get section Main Kitchen. Then we round the kitchen ranging from Bunqet to Pastry Bakery. After that we started to go back to our respective section and I help to prepare for Breakfast tomorrow i.e. Cah broccoli and Steam Corn
After that hour 12:00 we break for lunch and prayer for 1 hour. And we back our show back then how carving fruit by the Chef. Carving is one of the art of carving fruit. It is usually served in large events such as make tumpeng nasi kuning. This art is the mainstay of tourism of the State of thailand. Thailand is known as one of the best fruit producing countries in the world
Then I get to the pastry to create desperately wicked Oreo Cheese Cake. Hours of 14:30 we started setting up for sale at the pool that is on sale is chicken noodle, Chicken Katsu, Banana Nugget, Banana Spring Roll, Banana Bread, and various Springkle. Chicken noodle is more and more popular as snacks on sale at the Township. Nevertheless, the chicken noodle is healthy and nutritious snacks. The food is delicious, except it has a nutrient content is complete, from the start of carbohydrates, protein, and nutrients obtained from vegetables to complement chicken noodle.
