Hay guys back again with my blog by telling her activity today,.... At 07:00 we gathered and oneline then there are some information about the thing conveyed by our lecturers, as usual here I will tell about my activities during the practice this time, namely here I will make the croissant again And again good luck yaahh, here still the same using a bachour recipie here we will remain thorough and focus in making the croissant, several hours proofing our domain baking while praying dhuhur, then we return and cooling down The croissant then I sliced to see the on the croissant that we have made and the result is quite satisfactory although there is still fail at but here will continue student the process of making croissants.

  

After all finished with making a croissant ie we saw and helped to semester1 showing basic cutting lamb and after that we re-cleaned each area and the appliance in return to its place then our general cleaning, after Do general cleaning We also waited for the floor to dry, and after the floor dried we also oneline and listened to the information from the lecturer and completed it directly to the home.
