Hay guys back again with my blog by telling her activity today,.... At 07:00 we gathered and oneline then there are some information about the thing conveyed by our lecturers, as usually here I will tell about my activities during the practice this time, namely here I will make a starter or Yeast where 1st day, my yeast fails and make tomorrow again and hopefully tomorrow succeed.

 

The yeast is said to be still alive in the dip in the water and the yeast floats on the surface of the water. After that we immediately made a lunch, but the yeast so long ago to add flour so that the yeast will not react again. After finishing our break to do Zduhur prayers as a servant of God who has faith and fear to Him, finished praying directly to kitchen.

Finished doing the meal together directly do the GC (general cleaning), so that the kitchen is clean, as for my section is to assign to clean the pastry on the floor. And way of making Sourt dought in resume tomorrow morning
