Hay guys back again with my blog by telling the activity today,.... At 07:00 we gathered and oneline then there are some information about the thing conveyed by our lecturers, as usually here I will tell about my activities during the practice this time, namely here I will make a croissant Good luck Yaahh, here still the same using a bachour recipie here we will stay thorough and focus in making the croissant. Today we proofing dough croissant because in the recipe is written where the dough is in the rest during the night in the freezer.

 

After we prepare the dough as to which makes the food for our class that is me, wahyu and fisal. And I was reassigned to make a major vegetable, after finishing our break to do Zduhur prayers as a servant of God who has faith and fear of Him, finished praying directly to kitchen to eat together, but for those who Does not carry dishes should not eat. Me as a good friend gave my plate to my friend in need.

Finished doing the meal together directly do the GC (general cleaning), so that the kitchen is clean, as for my section is to assign to clean the pastry on the floor.
