Daily Report

Assalamualaikum wr.wb.

Today I will tell you about our kitchen activities starting at 08.00 we have one line in front of the kitchen and senior called us one by one while checking the completeness of the tooland in our kitchen directly one line while waiting for sir syahrial to provide direction for the practice menu today, as for our material for today is D'hote and since yesterday we have done prepare so today we just do the process of doing.

Still like yesterday we were divided into two groups and for today the group that did was group 2 and for group 1 do the research, and for today the food menu for D'hote should be ready at 11.30 and enter into the restaurant at 12.00, in doing doing senior and sir syahrial always give directions and about 12:30 the group one back into the kitchen to prepare for tomorrow menu but before that first them one line and read the menu for tomorrow.

Then about three o'clock in the afternoon we are allowed to rest and for those who believe in Islam invite to pray the cantaloup adu to eat and around four o'clock we back into the kitchen for the division of tasks do cleaning general with senior after all clean us rest while waiting for dry kitchen floor , after the dry suda floor then leader class call sir jayadi to give a little information for the preparation tomorrow that we read prayer and go home respectively.
