Hello genk ... ... does not feel
today was my last day at practice this week, I will tell my activities to the
present day, where I went to the campus at 07:30 and for that I took to the
cantin for breakfast the morning before 08:00. And once I was in the kitchen I
start to prepare the grooming in order to allow in to the kitchen, after which
we started on one line and senior calling our names one by one and check the
grooming, after that we went in the kitchen and store the bags in the lockers
that are already in the set.
I started the one line in the cold
kitchen with friends, before senior start description of the menus will be made
today

Before my group worked on the menu
that we get, I take stock pot in first to blanch vegetables which will be in my
group and named tri wahdini working on a mayonais sauce on AIDS by a senior
named ions, I started blanch the vegetables we have prepare yesterday. After I
drop sweet water blanch which still exist in vegetables. finished everything,
we started our menu because the plating will be first out, after it was all
over and the restaurant is closed, we also break.
