Daily Report

Hay guys. ... So today we got into Oriental Buffet Menu (Asia Buffet) where the menu comes from the food of several countries in Asia, but this time Indonesia is not included into the order of the menu. And this time me and my group of handling big Main course. Where I was given responsibility to make Yam Makea Yo alongside fellow I tri wahdini. First we set up the whole material in advance, the most important is the vegetable sprouts. And this is one of the images we capture it all!




After that I continued to take my then roasted grated coconut, after the color is somewhat browned then I lift and let cool, then I continue with cleaning the vegetables to be blanch, finished in my first refrigerate blanch in the past then I ulek chili. Completed all prepare I started mixing I've roasted, and blanch at the finish that I start seasoning or flavor-giving at a meal.

When eating all already in the platting with pretty and Nice, we began to bring to the restaurant to serve and at that time we started to break and start eating or breakfast, finished breakfast we start dividing the section to perform a GC (General Cleaning) and I transferred to clean any TOILETS along my colleague named Aswandi.
