Daily Report


Assalamualikum WR.WB

Today I came into the kitchen clock 7:30 then we went in the kitchen doing one line at 08:15 and today we have entered into the Menu 1. Then MR. ical entry gives little material about the Ala Carte and it explains all of the items in the Menu. A la Carte menu is a menu tree, where any food which is imprinted on the food list is accompanied by its own price.

Today we only prepare and we have divided the Group and each group get a section each of which become his responsibility for one week. My group get the Butcher section. So we are down to the freezer and then set up what was in order by the Cold Kitchen and Main Kitchen to prepare the Kitchen is Cold Smoked Beef, Chicken Breast, Scallops. For the Main Kitchen we prepare Chicken Breast, Salmon, Lamb Shank, Srimp, Beef Bacon, Mussels. Following our activities today:
